Privacy policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.

Last updated January 2026

What we collect

Information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and the financial details on an application. Information from your device: IP address, browser type, and cookies. Information from third parties: credit reports, but only once you have authorized the pull in writing.

What we use it for

  • Working out whether a loan is possible and, if it is, processing it
  • Talking to you about your file and about services you asked us about
  • Meeting the obligations that lending regulations place on us
  • Making our own service better

Who else sees it

The licensed loan officer working on your file. Regulators, where the law requires it. Service providers who are part of the transaction, such as credit bureaus, appraisers and title companies. That is the whole list. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing at any time. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected].

Security

Transport encryption on every page, encrypted storage, and access limited to the people working on your file. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.

Getting in touch about privacy

Email [email protected] or call (503) 555-0175 and ask for the compliance contact.

Reading settings

Four controls. Each one changes this page straight away, and the choice sticks.

Text size

The whole page scales, not just this line, so the layout keeps its proportions.

Switches

These controls change how this site is presented to you. We have built and checked the site against WCAG 2.2 AA ourselves, but it has not been independently audited, so we do not claim conformance. If something here is unusable, the accessibility statement says how to tell us.
