Tom has spent 14 years helping Pacific Northwest families buy their first homes - and their second, and their third. Before joining Evergreen Ridge he underwrote loans at a regional bank, which is why files he structures rarely hit surprises: he already knows what the underwriter will ask.
A Navy veteran himself, Tom handles most of our VA lending and takes real pride in walking fellow service members through a benefit he has used twice. When a listing agent sees his pre-approval letter attached to an offer, they know the file is solid.
Outside the office you will find him coaching Little League in Sellwood and losing gracefully at his daughter’s chess tournaments.
