Stephanie runs our refinance desk, and her spreadsheet is famous: every client gets a break-even analysis that shows, to the month, when a refinance starts paying for itself. If the numbers do not work, she will tell you to keep the loan you have - and clients remember that honesty when rates finally move.

She started her career in financial planning, which still shows in how she frames every decision around the whole household budget rather than a single monthly payment.

Stephanie is bilingual and leads our Spanish-language homebuyer workshops each quarter at the Hillsdale library.
