Liz is the loan officer other investors recommend. She owns four rentals herself, so when she structures a DSCR loan or walks a client through a 1031-timed purchase, it comes from lived experience - not a rate sheet.

Self-employed borrowers are her other specialty. Bank statement programs, K-1 income, complex returns: Liz packages files so the story is obvious to underwriting the first time.

She hosts a monthly investor meetup in the Pearl District and publishes a cash-flow worksheet that several local agents now hand to their own clients.
