Joseph handles our jumbo and relocation lending, where timelines are tight and the stakes are high. Tech transfers moving to the West Coast, physicians starting new positions, executives carrying two homes for a season - his files are choreographed to the day.

He came to lending from commercial banking and keeps relationships with several private banks, which lets him place loans that do not fit the standard box.

When he is not walking a client through a bridge strategy, Joseph is restoring a 1926 Craftsman in Irvington one weekend at a time.
